Our Team

Heather Holmes is a full scope family medicine physician providing inpatient, outpatient, and obstetric care to the residents of Douglas County. Dr. Holmes is Board Certified in Family Medicine and enjoys the challenge that providing primary care to patients of all ages provides. Dr. Holmes completed her Bachelor of Science through Vanderbilt University in 2004, and went on to graduate from the University of Tennessee, Memphis in 2010.  She then completed her Family Medicine Residency training and Obstetric Fellowship through John Peter Smith in Fort Worth, Texas in 2014 and has enjoyed providing full scope medical care since this time. 

Amber is an experienced certified medical assistant who has worked in both urgent care and primary care settings. She values the relationships made with patients as she participates closely in their medical care, and helps to ensure that the clinic runs smoothly. As vaccine coordinator Amber also helps us keep your children and community healthy. When not working, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Victoria is our receptionist that has experience in office settings. She enjoys animals, puzzles and interacting with people. When Victoria isn't at work, she spends time with her husband and fur baby.
